Welcome—I’m Dr. Serena Elhard, a chiropractor and functional medicine provider in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

For over 22 years, I’ve helped individuals who struggle with chronic, complex, and difficult-to-diagnose health issues reclaim their energy, mobility, and confidence in their bodies. My clinical focus includes chronic fatigue, hormone imbalances, mold and Lyme-related illnesses, gastrointestinal disorders, metabolic dysfunction, sleep and mood concerns, and biotoxin-related symptoms.

In addition to functional lab testing and advanced blood chemistry analysis, I offer specialized care for foot pain, gait dysfunction, knee pain, and lower-extremity movement issues. This includes evaluating how foot instability, collapsed arches, hypermobility, or knee tracking problems contribute to chronic pain patterns throughout the hips, pelvis, and spine. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic overuse, or needing functional movement restoration, I work to rebuild stability from the ground up.

At Arne Wellness Center, I’m part of a clinic that provides innovative therapies not typically found in one location—ozone IV therapy, ozone sauna, infrared sauna, deep infrared red light, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy for bone healing and osteopenia, cold laser therapy, hydrogen therapy, regenerative peptides, spinal and cervical decompression, and ozone insufflation.
